WHO WE ARE
Arrow Master Pools is a full spectrum family owned and operated, custom swimming pool builder boasting not only a construction division but a service, retail and remodeling as well. Our mission is to provide the proper application of pool technologies to create some of the most beautiful and easy to care for swimming pools. We also are proud of our affiliation with the International Master Pools Guild, an invitation only guild of the best swimming pool craftsman, quite literally, in the world.
Arrow Master Pools was founded in 1962 by Richard Guerin and Harry Herbot. Richard served as President of Arrow Master Pools with the assistance of his wife Kathleen until they retired in 1988. After learning the business from the ground up, their two sons, Taylor and Jonathan assumed ownership of the company. Since 1988 Taylor has served as President of Arrow Master Pools with the able assistance of his wife Carol.
Today Arrow Master Pools is owned by Scott Guerin (Taylor’s son) and Henry Long (a previous lifelong employee). They continue to carry the proverbial torch forward honoring the traditions of the past. In fact, the fourth generation of pool specialists have begun their journey as Henry’s children have taken to the family occupation and continue to learn the ropes from the grounds up.
The journey up to this point couldn’t not have been possible without the dedication and skill of numerous family members, wife’s, cousins, aunts and uncles as well as other dedicated individuals who have become family.

The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals – The world’s largest international trade association representing the swimming pool, spa, hot tub and recreational water industries. Offering industry certification in different disciplines it is a true mark of a pool professional who understands his craft. Arrow Master Pools has been a member of the APSP for more than forty years, and throughout this time its staff have been active on committees dedicated to promoting professionalism and excellence inside the industry.
Better Business Bureau – Arrow Master Pools is a recognized A+ Rated Certified Building Professional member of the Better Business Bureau since 1979.
Professional Builders Association (PBA) – Arrow Master Pools is a member of this Home Builders Association. PBA provides communication and advice to its members in reference to the industry and governmental agencies.
Chamber of Commerce – Arrow Master Pools is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce that provides educational assistance as well as a networking forum for local businesses.

The Master Pools Guild was founded in 1962 by a group of custom pool builders committed to consolidating their individual expertise to become industry leaders in pool construction. Arrow Master Pools was invited to be a member of the Master Pools Guild in 1971.
Today the Master Pools Guild is a global network of approximately 115 elite custom pool professionals committed to building the finest pools in the world. Members are carefully selected by region. To qualify, a builder must have earned a reputation as a quality custom pool builder with superior design and building talents.
Master Pool Builders are dedicated to leading the industry in pool technology and construction techniques, enabled by the extensive resources and ideas-sharing among its members. All operate their businesses according to a Master Pools Guild Code of Ethics which respects the rights of clients, employees and suppliers.
